Shipping policy

Order Processing
Once you place your order, please allow up to 3 business days to process your order. We aim to be faster than this though and try to ship every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

Domestic Shipping Rates
All shipping rates are calculated based on your location and what shipping carrier you chose. Shipping rates will be displayed during checkout.

Shipping Carriers
You should be able to choose from multiple shipping carriers and services, depending on your needs. These include UPS and USPS.

Note: If you are shipping to a PO Box, please be sure to choose a USPS option to ensure it is delivered without issue.

Confirmation & Tracking Information
Once your order has been placed, you will immediately receive a confirmation email. When the order is fulfilled, we will send you the shipping information and tracking number. Please note that there are often slight delays with tracking updates from the third-party shipper.
